- Support the delivery of integrated PR and communications campaigns across a range of client accounts. - Write press releases, award entries, media pitches, newsletters, and social media copy tailored to client tone and audience. - Design visual assets for social media, reports, brochures, and impact documents using tools like Canva and Adobe. - Liaise with journalists and media outlets to secure coverage and build strong media relationships. - Coordinate with clients to meet deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs. - Act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting account management and day-to-day communication. - Contribute to the development of creative campaign ideas and forward plan content for multiple platforms. - Write call sheets and briefs for photographers and videographers ahead of client events or content shoots. - Identify and liaise with relevant influencers for client campaigns, and provide support at influencer and launch events. - Assist with B Corp documentation and compliance work as part of client ESG and sustainability support. -Represented clients in video led roles, including conducting filmed interviews with prominent TV personalities and supporting content distribution across media channels. -Community management for clients across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
-Working with award winning Photographer Jack Latham in editing, printing, cutting and distributing exhibition prints, book configurations and marketing content for third parties and businesses. -Working and negotiating in both B2B and B2C contexts. -Thinking on the spot to find practical solutions to a clients request.
