• Leadership of core team: production leaders, purchasers, planners, schedulers and billers. • Overall responsibility for complex high budget projects on VVIP Aircraft. • Stakeholder management. • Acting as a main point of contact towards the high-profile customer and finding the right balance between customer satisfaction and commercial performance of project. • Risk register and optimization of project regarding schedule, budget, and quality.
• Governance of Lean Projects and reporting to the executive team on biweekly basis. • Responsibility for installation of continuous improvement environment and cultural change in close collaboration with HR. • Coaching Heads of departments • Improvement of customer experience, employee’s satisfaction increase and cost reduction.
• Responsibility for planning maintenance events for fleet of over 150 Aircraft on 4 continents. • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in process of Paperless Environment implementation. • Continuous improvement to maintenance program and planning department processes and procedures. • Fleet operations coordination
• Leadership of Planning Department. • Development, implementation and continuous improvement to short-term, mid-term and long-term maintenance planning. • Risk assessment, quotation process, technical representation, technical coordination, budget control for external Maintenance providers.
• Responsibility for planning maintenance events for fleet of over 80 Aircraft across Europe. • Establishing new contract requirements with External Maintenance Providers for following seasons • Fleet operations coordination
