I work at the intersection of telecom infrastructure, process improvement and digital innovation. For more than 20 years I have been involved in building and improving telecom infrastructure projects – from field engineering and project leadership to process optimization and digital workflow development. In recent years my focus has increasingly shifted toward digital tools, automation and AI-assisted low-code solutions that improve how teams work. I enjoy turning complex operational challenges into simple and efficient digital workflows. Some examples of what I work with: • Process improvement and Lean methodology • Telecom infrastructure projects (mobile networks, base stations) • Digital documentation systems and workflow optimization • AI-assisted low-code solution development • UAV / drone applications for telecom and infrastructure analysis • Signal measurement and telecom network performance analysis One example is developing internal digital tools and proof-of-concept platforms that demonstrate how documentation, field data collection and workflow automation can be significantly improved. I am particularly interested in how AI tools and low-code development can empower engineers and operational teams to build their own solutions faster and more efficiently. Outside of my main role I actively explore new technologies, digital tools and innovative approaches to telecom infrastructure and field operations.
