I work at the intersection of people, analytics, and business decision-making. My background is in HR analytics, reporting, and HRIS-related work, with a focus on improving visibility, process clarity, and strategic decision support across people functions. I also built NAVRYX, a focused service that helps recruiters strengthen their positioning for Talent Acquisition leadership roles through targeted analysis, career asset optimization, and interview positioning support. I’m especially interested in the gap between the work professionals are already doing and how that work is presented. In recruiting, many people are already demonstrating leadership signals, but their materials often position them too narrowly. NAVRYX is built to help close that gap in a practical and credible way.
