www.gnrlax.com Grip-it n' Rip-it Lacrosse's goal is to provide each player with high quality coaching and increased exposure over the off season. We provide a safe and productive environment that enables athletes to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship to the game of Lacrosse. Our coaches enhance the recruitment of every player, through our network of college coaches. We are sustained by the efforts of our highly qualified coaches who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work. Ensuring that our teams are a positive influence in the lives of our players.
• Manage the behavioral data system for Linden Hill, the Senior/Junior High School and Little School. • Analyze behavioral data trends and develop reports for the administration on a weekly basis. • Examine the behavioral data and make informative decisions and changes in the program to best meet the needs of our students. • Brainstorm and work hand and hand with the other staff i.e. PBIS team, behavioral specialists, orientation teacher, and other teachers regarding the different student population. • Explore and summarize academic data. Share findings with teachers to improve and apply towards instruction. • Analyze Vadar and other reporting procedures to better help provide administrators data.
