I am Naval Architect and Marine / Mech. Engineer. I speak English, French, Italian (mother tongue). In 2019-2020, I was working in China - for 1 year and half. I was Site Project Manager & Quality Manager - for Scorpio Project - for the construction of about 85 scrubbers for Pacific Green Marine Tech. and the Shipowner Scorpio - in Nantong, Jiangsu. In 2018, I was working at Messina (Sicily), as a Tech. Superintendent/Supervisor for a Shipowner (a fleet of 30 ships total, ferry-cruise type), - at the aim of refitting/renewal/ maintenance/ship repairs of some ships of this fleet. Not only a technical role, but also planning, estimation, cost control, budgeting and budget control (years ago, I prepared a shipyard Price List). In 2017 - I was working for a Marine Technical Consultant at La Spezia. In 2016, I was working for a shiprepairs yard in Sicily, as a Project Manager/Technical Manager. In 2015 I worked in Norway, for R.I.Na. (Italian Register of Shipping) and for ENI, to the commissioning of FPSO GOLIAT project. My charge/role was - Material Management at Polar Base, Hammerfest: Material coordinator, Controller, Expeditor, Buyer. I worked in a shipyard for a long time. I have been Project Manager for about n.10 years, Technical Manager and Operations Manager for n.2-3 years, Yard’s proposal manager - shiprepairs and newbuildings - Purchase Manager, Technical Superintendent of a little shipowning company. And I made technical, commercial, operations and management experience. I was also cost controller and yard controller for n.5 years. So I have a good experience of organization, prices/costs, overheads, manpower costs, investments, inventory management, contracts and extraworks. I worked in Russia - for Filanovskij Project - in 2014. I worked offshore to the trenching of n. 2x40 kms layed oil and gas pipelines, between Korchagin and Filanovskiy, in the Caspian Sea. I was Representative (Rep) and project engineer. In 2011-2012, I worked for the R.I.Na., the Italian Class Register, in Mauritania, for an EC Project - I spoke English and French during this period (one year and half). The EC project was relevant the removal of n.74 wrecks from the port and the bay of Nouadhibou - n.30 wrecks were sunk and subsea. Lengths of wrecks were - from 25 mts up to 100 mts. Net weights of the wrecks: from 250 tons up to 2.000 tons.
