Responsible for developing the CCEP Customer Service Capability (Processes, Tools, Organisation and Governance) and ensuring local implementation across the business
The IMO Transformation Team is envisaged as an internal consultancy body to support CCEP’s completion of the integration process post merge, and further growth. As the Associate Director, support the Transformation Leads with CCEP’s Integration Program, helping the organisation to achieve key milestones and drive cross-functional change and transformation. Main challenges: • Exposure to the challenges of integration projects as part of a merge • Subject matter expertise relating to key cross organisational processes • Led Program management for projects across complex projects • Risk management and mitigating plans, assessing and evaluating different levels of risks and need for intervention • Experience of building bridges between the “project team” and the rest of the organization • Project related change management insight, outlining and escalating key needs for communication and training
• Manage Front Office team which is responsible for the order-to-cash process for key clients both modern trade and on-premise (more than 70% of company's income). • Lead different multidiciplinary projects within CCIP related to Commercial and IT areas. (eg. the Trade Promotions Management project, the Portugal Bottler post-integration process, CRM improvement initiatives, O2C continuous improvement proposals). • Implement CCIP's customer-centric company culture within the team responsible for key client daily operations.
• Managed the Customer Service integration (organization, IT and processes) in the largest beverage bottlers merge in Spain (Main figures: >350k clients, >8 millions orders and > 3,5 million invoices). • Analyzed and designed the implementation plan for an organizational restructuring in one of the major Airlines in Spain (Base Headcount: >18.000. Affected Headcount: > 4.500). • Executed cost reduction projects in Sales, Back Office, Operations and Sourcing areas in companies from both the Industrial and Services sector (Base cost reduced: >20%). • Designed the strategic plan of one of the biggest natural stone company in Spain (>300 M€ income). • Performed due diligence: Operational and Commercial due diligences in the Retail and Consumer Goods (R&C) sectors, Branch diligence in the finance sector and Independence Business Review in the R&C and Industrial sectors. • Designed and implemented the stores’ Operational Model in 600 retail establishments and 400 supermarkets stores across Spain with direct impact in increase of sales and point of sales standardization. • Evaluated, defined and implemented the Trade Spending Policy in different manufacturers with impact in costs and discounts structure.
• Analyzed Retail's distribution (Supermarkets) network in Spain • Designed and implemented the supermarkets’ Operational Model of 350 stores across Spain belonging to the 6th Spanish Distribution Group • Proposed a cost optimization model in the direct sales distribution network (DSD) of main Bread Firm in Spain
• Designed and implemented Processes Management Control Systems for manufacturing and service companies. • Supported the design and implantation of the management control, quality, human resources, projects administration and accounting administration platforms of Grupo GMK (Construction Company). • Built the cadastre of 94 km of dam length in the town of Tucupita, Venezuela with a GIS system (Geographical Information System).
• Participated in Requests for Proposal of heavy construction dams (Hydroelectric Works) of value over 10 million USD. • Executed Projects and Cost Control, budgetary deviations. • Supervised and performed special tests on sands, asphalts and concrete (Triaxial, permeability, soil tests, etc.).
