Currently, I work as an Indirect Sales Supervisor in a Telecommunication company (AT Ghana Limited), where I manage over 500 private small and medium-sized retailers to sell the company’s portfolio of product and services. That is, I manage the downstream supply chain by ensuring timely delivery of orders and maintain desired service level within my assigned territory. I ensure product right quantity of product availability at all retail point through daily sales accompaniment with retailers. Working with these small business owners has equipped with problem-solving skills and exposed me to some viable business development practices. I have also worked as a Retail Dealer Supervisor at Millicom Ghana Limited in the year 2017. My core responsibility was to ensure distribution excellence within the Greater Accra Metropolis in Ghana. Also in the year 2015, I was a Retail Shop Executive in the same company where I was responsible for driving enhanced customer experience in a retail shop in Accra. In the year 2013, I chose to serve as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Department of Geography and Rural Development at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana.
