Leading Messer’s German sales activities for industrial decarbonization, covering carbon capture (CCS/CCU), hydrogen, on-site gas production and advanced industrial gas applications. I manage and develop a cross-functional team of specialists, combining technical expertise and sales execution in three fields: - Application Technology & Technical Sales, as connection between regional sales and R&D - Hydrogen & Energy Transition Sales, for hydrogen gas and project development, including electrolyzer-based customer solutions - On-Site Sales, for Build–Own–Operate (BOO) projects In addition I am the sales lead for Carbon Capture in Germany at Messer. A major part of my role is building the CCS business from the ground up, including: - Market, regulatory, and policy analysis related to carbon management and industrial decarbonization - Identification, qualification, and acquisition of carbon-intensive industrial customers - Development of Carbon Capture projects under BOO models, from early concept to commercial structuring - Coordination with engineering, operations, and external partners to enable scalable CCS and CCU deployment My role combines strategic market development, complex B2B project sales, and people leadership, supporting heavy industry on its pathway toward net-zero, CO₂ reduction, and long-term sustainable production.
- Leading and developing EPC proposals for internal and external customers with contract values up to 250M€, mainly in the energy transition of industrial gas business; focus on hydrogen, carbon capture and electrolyzer prospects - Assessing customer needs through continuos direct contact and tailoring the deliverables accordingly - Managing a team of different technical functions, procurement, legal and HSE, as well as developing the project execution strategy with the execution department - Taking responsibility of the technical and commercial integrity towards company management and customer - Organizing and leading technical and commercial discussions in national and international locations
PMO for CEO of Air Liquide E&C´s Frankfurt-Krakow center. Working on center´s further digitalization, M&A and driving new projects and business opportunities.
-Leading the proposal team for a multimillion Hydrogen-Carbonmonoxide EPC project (CV between 50M€ - 100M€). Responsible and accountable for proposal´s on-time and complete delivery to the customer. Regular exchange and contract negotiations until successful contract signature and transfer to the execution team. - Developing 'Green Ammonia' proposals for various customers and prospects. Defining execution schemes with internal functions, as well as external partners.

Writing my final thesis about balancing of turbo compressors. Calculation and construction of a test rig, including stress and vibration simulation. Design and installation of a basic temperature control to heat and cool the turbo´s engine and bearing.
