• Monitor the quality of master data in the central master data repositories by querying and analyzing the data population on a regular basis and initiate corrective actions whenever required. • Assess pro-actively opportunities within the master data quality area to enhance the quality framework. • Lead master data quality projects, control data redundancy through system oriented algorithms and manual analysis. • Securing compliance to global data standards regarding data content and customizing of such data.
• Concept, implementation and cost efficient operation of the datacenter. • Planning and implementation of related Service Level Agreements. • Management of the Helpdesk team (Office-environment, communication, network, datacenter, database and infrastructure related projects). • Managing this team with high user satisfaction. • Definition, introduction and adherence of IT related standards. • Responsible for the roll-out of Personalized Workplace Program (PWP) introducing new application landscape and work style to community. • Being acquainted with the multicultural aspects of a user community of more than 30 countries. • Implementation and adherence of customer focused adaptions of global guidelines.
• Responsible for development, implementation, configuration and maintenance of the finance systems as well as the related security systems. • Responsible for co-ordination of service providers. • Definition, implementation and observation of IT-Security Standards. • IM/IT-tasks which are not covered by standard solutions.
