I am a VP/Director who has lead Finance, HR, IT, BI, Program Management, Sales Operations and Demand Management departments with over thirteen years experience in Leadership Positions, supporting the CEO as sparring partner and right-hand navigator in all business and strategic matters as well as maximizing stakeholder satisfaction. Experience being the Managing Director of German GmbHs as well as organisational and legal entity restructurings are part of my skillset. Adjacent to generating actionable insights and managing daily business while driving vision-cascaded projects to fruition with execution rigor, I continuously evolve the Finance, HR and IT functions towards best in class states and towards the mutually generated vision, coach and empower my cross-cultural teams to success in a positive emotion and high-energy setting.
