- Develop and align marketing, marketing communications and other associated processes or programs across divisions, regions and roles. - Increase the digital and virtual presence of the company to improve the communication internally and externally throughout the region and the different departments (cross-functional position) (sharing best practices and creating new SOP processes) - Research and inform content strategy based on customer-centric approach, considering market drivers, customer needs, personas, potential solutions aligned to marketing strategy - Coordinate and prepare documents or vendors for marketing campaigns, webinars, white papers, symposia, scientific publications, etc. - Facilitate Hologic events and programs with customers and internal stakeholders - Liaise with agencies, managing external partners - Plan and manage budgets
- Manage production of sales and marketing collateral, video, websites and other related materials ensuring cost, production efficiencies, translations and regulations. - Ensure a continuity on strategies throughout events, tradeshows and other activities or communications.
