I blend practical industry experience with advanced academic research. Starting as a Water Resources Engineer (2010 - 2013), I optimized hydrological studies and water distribution. I then earned a Ph.D. in Meteorology and an MSc in Hydrology (2013 - 2020), focusing on climate impacts on global river basins. In the past ~4 years as a Postdoctoral Researcher (2020 - 2024), I secured significant funding and published influential papers. Proficient in hydrology modeling, GIS, Python, and R, I excel in assessing climatic extremes and environmental impacts. Now, I am eager to return to the industry, leveraging my skills to drive sustainable water management and climate solutions.
Led innovative research on global transboundary river basins, focusing on the cumulative effects of climate change, land modifications, and reservoir functions. Developed multi-model simulations for comprehensive risk assessments, directly contributing to advanced water resource management strategies. Facilitated interdisciplinary workshops and seminars, enhancing collaborative research and knowledge exchange. Co-Supervised and mentored MSc and Ph.D. students, fostering academic excellence and research capabilities.
Tasks: Directed a groundbreaking project on hydro-hazards in transboundary river basins, securing significant grant funding. Achieved critical insights into future hydrological challenges, steering policy and management strategies towards sustainable solutions.
I took a career break from September 2013 to June 2020 to pursue professional development through Master's and Ph.D. degrees
Tasks: Spearheaded hydrological studies to inform urban planning initiatives, optimizing water distribution across rural stations. Collaborated with state officials to integrate hydrological insights into infrastructure development, ensuring sustainable urban growth.
