• Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning for GSK Morocco & Egypt markets. • Lead Inventory Governance & Risk Management for Emerging Markets sites and markets. • Drive S&OP and SRM meetings as part of the Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) process to resolve capacity issues, maximize customer service, and optimize inventory. • Implement optimized end-to-end supply chain plans focusing on cost, lead time, inventory, complexity, and customer service. • Develop supply plans aligned with market demand to improve production efficiency and inventory optimization. • Run and manage Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) over a 0–24 month horizon, providing options and recommendations. • Manage materials, API, and finished goods inventory within budgeted constraints. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with commercial, production, and logistics teams to align planning with business goals. • Leverage data analytics tools (SAP, Power BI) for scenario modeling, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making. • Consistently deliver high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and maintain inventory levels within target KPIs. • Enhance supply chain resilience by proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies across markets.
Responsibilities: • Managing end to end Supply Chain Planning for Pharma products of GSK West Wharf Site • Coordinating actively with Production team to ensure maximum utilization of resources(Manpower and Machines). • Managing supplies for more than 75+ SKUs including trade and tender. • Meeting governance target by Daily, Weekly and Monthly meetings with key stakeholders. • Closely managing and monitoring monthly KPIs (OTIF, Stock outs, Inventory, Plan stability and Adherence to plan). • Ensuring effective and efficient inventory planning as per SKU segmentation. • Responsible for RCCP monthly run through SAP APO and excel tools for 24-months horizon • Scenario planning and pipeline management by collaborating with teams across the board. • Managing reporting through SAP (APO & ECC) & Power BI.
Responsibilities: •Responsible for Procurement, Logistics & Operations of 88 Mega Watt projects worth over Rs.7 billion. •Manage strategic vendor relationships as the primary commercial point of contact between Reon & our various partners. •Conduct onsite visits and audits of key suppliers and contract manufacturers during development and ramp to ensure supplier processes meet Reon's expectations. •Collaborating actively with the planning team for ensuring on-time delivery of projects, thus achieving project milestones. •Preparing & updating project procurement plan and Supply Chain operations tracker in line with the project timelines in order to keep track of deliveries. •Responsible for creation and handling of detailed work plans, daily progress reports, tracking models, accountability of external as well as internal stakeholders •Category lead procurement for all Electrical-related Procurement that includes Transformers, Switchgears, Cables, and all miscellaneous accessories including leading bidding process for services contract finalization. •Leading procurement, logistics & operation for nationwide O&M and ensuring delivery meets timeline so that the uptime of plant does not get affected. •Responsible for standardization of process through establishing and implementing SOPs. Developed vendor scorecard, developed vendor induction & selection process in line with company’s HSE policy. •Standardization of purchasing through annual contracts with suppliers, standing purchase orders & volumetric dealings. •Strategically procured supplies for the Water distribution network for the 60MW project, which resulted in savings of 8M. • Developed framework with key suppliers and made them manage inventory for Reon to avoid any delay in delivery.
Responsibilities: •Doing due diligence with client and contractors. •Preparing preliminary HVAC layout in line with ASHRAE International standards. •Calculating Fresh and Exhaust air. Also suggested duct routes for conditioned air intake and exhaust. •Preparing schedules for major HVAC water and air equipment's that includes - Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and FAHUs.
Reporting directly to the CEO, took on the following initiatives, •Developing New vendors for Mechanical Structures for both ground and roof mounted structures. •Developed cost comparison sheet for different structures in compliance with Execution and Technical team. •Coordinated with international vendors such as Box power for Battery Storage Systems first of its kind of project. Also, prepared technical and commercial feasibility report for this project.
As trainee Engineer in technical department, duties assigned to me were: •Preparing Single Line Diagrams for techno-commercial proposals (SLD's). •Reading out survey reports and preparing simulation models on software 'Helioscope' and 'PV syst'. •Preparing BOQ's and costing of systems ranging from 2KW to 50KW. •Hands on a project of 26.2MW system size across 18 cities. •Vendor Management, R&D and New product development were also part of my JD.
