My Family Service Centre work revolves largely around case management. A big portion of the cases I do are counselling ones. Be it marital, individual, and/or familial. My work also involves liaising with other possible stakeholders involved with my clients, and ensuring the their holistic needs are looked out for and met. This could be from financial matters, housing matters, psychological and mental well-being matters to safety matters.
Assisted with the data collection, basic analysis, and cleaning of data for a project with the Singapore Air Force. The project was primarily targeted at screening pilot trainees, thus, ensuring that the trainees are comfortable enough and not in an overly stressed state prior to the screening.
I was contracted to the Ministry of Education HQ, as a Research Assistant for the Special Education Branch. My main responsibilities include research & analysis for curriculum development and implementation. I was involved with 3 curriculum teams, that were in different phases of curriculum development. Depending on the phase of development, I summarized research papers for content areas for the development of the curriculum, and analyzed user feedback to be presented to stakeholders.
