I was very fortunate to secure a work placement at BA within Ground Operations. This role enabled me to work within several different teams, exposing me to varied work environments, people and management. This experience was focused on internal customers and processes.
A week focused on specific areas within the Estates side of the business. Departments worked in included: Events, Community, Grounds and Security. It provided an insight into each department, the people and differing approaches.
