• Coordinating the logistics for all Gastro congresses both national and international. • Organising the bi-annual week long Sales Conferences from conception to post event de-brief. • Being the event manager for Warner Chilcott sponsored meetings including the annual UK Scientific Meeting. • Leading on individual projects, such as corporate branding. • Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager • Diary management for the Commercial team including the Commercial Director • Travel arrangements for the Commercial team. • All admin duties for the Commercial team including, taking minutes, raising job bags, contacting suppliers, raising PO’s, any and all Ad hoc tasks. • Being the ‘super user’ for the copy clearance process • Liaising across all departments within the company and also being the liaison for external companies.
• To organize Clinical Investigator Meetings across Europe • To be first point of contact for Project Managers • To conduct site visits of potential venues in which to hold the meetings • To be available at all times on site for all delegate’s • To negotiate with hotels, ground transfer companies and other vendors for the best prices available • To negotiate contract terms • To manage Clinical Event Coordinators
• Reporting directly to the UK Marketing Manager & UK Sales Manager for the companion animal business. • Diary management for both Marketing and Sales Managers. • Arranging travel for all front line managers both national and international. • Planning and arranging all meetings throughout the year, this includes booking accommodation, meeting space and evenings out. • Maintaining telephone lists and group email users. • Updating the intranet site with current events. • Minute taking, agenda setting and follow up on actions items. • Organising up to 20 events per year from conception to end. • Dealing with Ad Hoc tasks that arise ensuring the smooth running of the event. • Provided administrative support throughout the event planning to keep everyone informed and up to date as to where we are. • Office based duties such as filing, invoices, raising purchase orders and answering calls. • Networking with all departments across the business. • Travel to meetings. • Creating and maintaining databases. • Ad hoc tasks as and when required.
