As a part of my Master's, I did a project for 2 months with my colleagues to help the Knowledge Management team at Deloitte. The project aimed at optimizing the knowledge sharing practices in an effective way amongst Deloitte consultants.
- Assisting the investments team in finding new opportunities, analysing existing opportunities and monitoring existing investments. - Evaluating and studying the business models of promising new fintech startups to collaborate with. - Working closely with the management and get to experience the end to end functioning of a publicly listed non banking finance company.
- Co-founder of the Indian Society at Brunel University. - Planning and organization of sports events in collaboration with other societies within the University. - Organizing social events and marketing campaigns for the society.
- Representing the University at Higher Education Fairs - Interacting with prospective students and addressing their questions during open days
The experience started off as a student job eventually allowing me to work as a Floor Manager and learn about different aspects of running a franchise restaurant such as Inventory Management, People Management, Customer Service, Risk Management to name a few.
