I was leading the IT (CIO) of MRC Global in EMEA and APAC (30 countries & 4500 users) that includes Product organisation. I had an international, multi-cultural and cross-functional team of 500+ people (direct and dotted line) • Designed, deployed and executed the 3 years IT & Digital strategy.
