Bootstrapped Grassroot Education, an IELTS Training organization from a seed capital of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 60 lakhs in revenue with 20% Bottom Line in 24 months. 1. Expanded the company operations to 35+ cities in India and in Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Nepal 2. Changed the business strategy from “skim” to “penetration” to achieve a 100% revenue growth rate in March 2020 3. Scaled all functions of the company - Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, Teaching, Support, Academic Operations 4. Devised a sustainable and engaging sales funnel using a data-focussed approach 5. Employed Facebook and Instagram Ads to generate new leads at optimum “Cost-per-Lead” with innovative lead magnets 6. Utilized SaaS tools such as EverWebinar, GetResponse, Zoom to maintain high engagement with leads 7. Achieved a high 3% conversion rate through a “variable-only” pay model, refined sales pitches, constant data monitoring 8.
