I work at the intersection of logistics, payments & technology. In my role at PayCargo, I spend my time speaking with freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics teams about how systems, workflows, and technology decisions shape day-to-day operations from documentation and invoicing to payments, reconciliation, and exception handling. Across those conversations, a consistent pattern emerges: growth is often constrained not by volume, but by fragmented tools, manual processes, and systems that don’t talk to each other. I use this space to share practical observations on logistics technology, automation, and how teams are applying tools (including AI) in realistic, operational ways.. no hype, no theory.     Commercial GTM lead for PayCargo Intelligence, the AI and automation product line within PayCargo. In the market today: AP Automation, Document Automation, Booking, and Quote Automation. Selling into freight forwarders, brokers, and shippers across North America and selected international markets. Rebuilt the commercial motion around a diagnostic-led model, discovery starts with operating maturity, not product demo. Pilots are scoped tightly, priced as paid engagements, and converted to production through written success criteria signed by the operating executive before kickoff.
