Part of the SOS(Support and Onboarding Systems) pod which takes care of all the platform capabilities related to onboarding new customers and supporting existing customers. - Built chat support flow on the Compass web app using Zendesk Messaging. This streamlined the support process and saved ~$105,000 a year in support costs. This also eliminated the need to manage a separate support team for chat requests. - Developed a deployment setup for our Rust services in the GoLang environment. - Led the Android pod to design, develop and deliver productivity enhancement features - Client Collaboration, Market Watch, Marketing Center, Business Tracker, Client App Rating, and Contact Sharing). - Contributed to the growth of the team by participating in tech hiring events, interviews, and onboarding new interviewers.

I was a part of e-learning team at Adobe. My mainstream job was to develop desktop applications. Apart from this, I got my hands on a variety of spaces like data science, AR/VR/MR, server-side scripting, conducting feasibility researches for various upcoming projects and web development. - Worked on development of the Adobe Captivate Prime (LMS) desktop app from scratch. Was instrumental in conducting feasibility research, tech- stack decisions, architectural design decisions and the development right from PoC to first released version. - Improved the Splash screen performance for Adobe PVX by shortening the time taken for it to show up by a significant margin. (C++, Objective C) - Implemented an online store from where user can download assets (backgrounds, intro/outro videos). This eliminated the need of shipping the assets with application package and paved way for adding more assets later as well as introduction of gamification in future. (C++, Obj. C, Java, AWS S3) - Researched and presented the feasibility of developing PVX for Chromebooks. Implemented POCs for the same. - Reduced the size of application package by whopping 183MB. Reduced size encouraged more downloads - Designed and implemented an infrastructure to receive network related callbacks like when app goes online, offline, changes to a different network. (Win32 API, OSX API) - Implemented an edit panel UI for non-destructive trimming of video down to frame level. (C++, ActionScript) - Redesigned logging infrastructure to enhance the application performance. - Designed and implemented a simple ticketing system to enable users to send their queries/logs. This shifted the customer issue reporting mechanism from a hectic one to a much easier process and hence decreased the turn-around time for customer queries. (AWS S3, AWS SDB, Web Technologies, Java)
Worked as a Software Engineer in Platform Dependent Team to Design, Develop, Test and Validate an infrastructure to fetch multicast tables and mroutes directly from hardware and develop a support for ASU.
