• Lead and oversee full implementation cycles for IT solutions, covering IAM setup, device management, and SSO integrations. • Function as the central communication bridge between clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to align expectations. • Own project governance from kickoff to go-live, ensuring milestones, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed. • Drive on-time, in-scope, and high-quality delivery of solutions aligned with strategic client outcomes. • Maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation journey. • Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and successful deployments.
Taking care of implementing the solutions to PowerSchool customer and finishing the implementation project well under the time frame. • Managing the project end to end- planning, execution, and closure of projects, including defining scope, managing resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholders, while ensuring timely and successful project delivery. • Setting up SSO and doing data load for the customer data. • Working on SQL stored procedures to create reports in the product. • Providing end-to-end implementation and project management to the customers. • Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines. • Evaluate Project Performance. • Planning everything from execution to delivery.
Job role: • Working on ERP products (Made2manage and Intuitive) as well as professional services- setting up the environment for the customer, Product Integration, Application/Database up-gradation, and Application/Database server migration. • Currently I am handling the migration of our in-house product to SAAS cloud (Azure) environment, our team handles the hosting of product, integration of 3rd party applications, and providing the access to the customers by bastion server or AD-DS. • I am also part of the QA testing team for the service pack that is scheduled for every quarter release. • Handling and organizing triage calls to determine the priority of bugs and keeping the service pack releases on track.
