I am a Management Consultant with Alvarez & Marsal in the Business Transformation Services practice, where I work with clients across industries on complex operational and strategic challenges. I hold a B.Tech (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering from NIT Rourkela, where I graduated as the Department Gold Medalist. Post that, I started my career solving operational problems in the oil and gas industry as a Facilities Surveillance Engineer at ExxonMobil, and quickly realized my passion lies in tackling the bigger picture, i.e., how organizations can transform, optimize, and grow. That conviction brought me to purse my MBA at Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta which strengthened my ability to think strategically, work across functions, and deliver under pressure I thrive at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution — turning complex problems into clear, actionable outcomes. Outside of work, I have led large teams, directed theatre, and mentored peers — experiences that keep me grounded in the human side of every business challenge.
