Paddy Seed Product Development at Advanta Seeds 🌾🌾 During my time in Product Development, I focused on the start-to-end journey of bringing high-quality seeds to farmers. My core expertise includes: Seed Production & R&D: Learning and implementing advanced methods to develop high-yield seed varieties. Market Launch Excellence: Successfully managing the transition of new seeds from the commercial market. Biotic Stress Management: Identifying new pests and diseases in the field and developing effective control protocols. Disease Tolerance Testing: Evaluating varieties to determine which seeds offer the best resistance to local crop diseases. My goal is to ensure farmers have access to the most resilient and productive seeds available.
Two years of driving growth at VNR Seeds. Proud of the journey I’ve had developing market sales and strengthening our ground presence. From conducting impactful Farmer Meets and Retailer Visits to identifying and collaborating with Adarsh Farmers, my focus has been on delivering quality seeds to the heart of the farming community. Seeing the results of our product demos in the field is what drives my passion for agriculture.
