About

I’m an aviation-focused graduate with a BTech in Aeronautical Engineering and an MSc in Air Transport Management. Over the past few years I’ve gained experience working with aircraft maintenance documentation, technical records, work pack checks, component tracking and operational reporting. I really enjoy the space where engineering, maintenance operations and customer support come together, especially within MRO and Part-145 environments. My background includes interior modification documentation work, UAV diagnostics, version-controlled engineering files and the use of tools like Excel, Power BI and CAD software. I’m looking to grow in roles connected to maintenance support, sales support, CAMO or operations, where I can use both my technical understanding and my ability to work with structured processes and documentation.

Experience

  • Operations and Data Support at Marks and Spencer
    Dec 2024 - Present · 1 yr 7 mos

    • Maintained internal documentation, logs and operational records ensuring accuracy, traceability and audit-ready documentation. • Used Excel and Power BI to prepare structured reports that improved visibility of operational performance and task tracking. • Coordinated workflow and communication between internal teams and external contacts, supporting smooth task and scheduling. • Communicated with internal teams and external contacts to coordinate updates, requests and task follow-ups. • Implemented updates to tracking templates & reporting structures contributing to a 15% improvement in operational efficiency. • Developed strong organizational discipline and methodical handling of information across multiple priorities.

  • Operations Manager at Flight Training London
    Nov 2025 - Nov 2025 · 1 mo

•Completed structured operations training focused on the day-to-day running of a general aviation training center. •Helped with updating and maintaining tech logs, including checking tacho readings, flight times and instructor signoffs. •Learned how aircraft hours are tracked and when information needs to be shared with maintenance teams. •Assisted with simulator-related tasks such as nav database updates and keeping logs up to date. •Supported students and instructors with bookings, cancellations, payments and general queries. •Became familiar with the training fleet, including Piper aircraft, C152s, DA40 and DA42. •Helped on the ground with customer support and basic aircraft movements when required.

  • Research And Development Engineer at Garuda Aerospace Private Limited
    Dec 2021 - Jan 2022 · 2 mos

    • Executed system-level testing on prototype unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), supporting diagnostics of electrical and control systems. • Developed wiring schematics and participated in the repair loop of flight subsystems prior to ground testing. • Built and reviewed wiring schematics, improving fault traceability and reducing diagnostic time by approx. 20%. • Assisted in troubleshooting performance anomalies through sensor data analysis and pre-flight readiness checks.

  • Design Intern at Ziegler Aerospace
    Nov 2021 - Dec 2021 · 2 mos

    • Contributed to interior cabin redesigns and developed 10+ modified component layouts for Airbus A320s, supporting Layout of Passenger Accommodations (LOPA) changes. • Used CATIA, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360 to produce detailed 2D/3D designs for cabin components, improving manufacturability. and repair access in 5+ layout iterations. • Conducted performance analysis and control simulation strategies inspired by real-world systems used in combat aircraft such as the Typhoon and F-35, focusing on mission efficiency and system redundancy under dynamic flight conditions.
