Sending enquiries and following up with the suppliers for appropriate pricing as per the specifications. Briefing tender scope of works and pricing with the management. Preparing Bill of quantities. Coordinating with mechanical team to provide a complete MEP package. Preparing cost comparisons sheets of equipment’s or subcontractors. Evaluates the project and providing electrical value engineering options to the clients/consultants. Once awarded scheduling handover meetings with project team and briefing the entire scope of works. Work in accordance with client requirements and raise necessary RFI’s
Designing Lighting, Power, SLD, Cable Containment and all other required drawings. Estimating, tendering and preparing BOQ for new projects. Attending coordination meetings. Preparation of Voltage drop and Short circuit calculation sheets. Planning and coordinating with site activities for timely completion of the project. Attending weekly Kickoff meetings with client as company representative. Follow up with suppliers and conducting regular meetings with them. Controlling Manpower so as to complete the project within the stipulated time
