Earlier in my career I held senior roles at Pearson, Cadbury and Procter & Gamble, where I led large-scale business transformation programmes, built and restructured teams across global markets, and drove significant EBITDA improvement through operational change and digital innovation. My industry experience spans technology, software development, digital marketing, education, media, learning and consumer goods — giving me a practical understanding of what it takes to grow businesses across very different market contexts.
