Lead a global team of 15 engineers managing Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), OKTA, ADFS, and MIM environments. • Own technical delivery and service performance, ensuring SLA, KPI, and compliance targets are met. • Act as escalation point for identity-related incidents and drive incident, problem, and change management processes. • Prepare and deliver service performance reports and management updates. • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization using PowerShell scripting. • Collaborate with project teams for AD migrations, forest upgrades, and IAM transformations. • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure proactive communication. • Conduct AD health checks, replication remediation, and manage GPOs, Sites and Services. • Administer SYSVOL, Global Catalogue, FSMO roles, and Windows Time Services. • Manage Certificate Services, PKI, roaming profiles, and folder redirection. • Oversee Entra Connect sync servers, RBAC, Conditional Access, PIM, and Service Principals. • Support integrations with OKTA and other IAM solutions. • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs. • Lead training initiatives and promote a collaborative team culture. • Ensure round-the-clock support through effective shift management.
