Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition processes, starting from job postings and CV screening to conducting initial interviews, extending job offers, and contract signing. • Manage employee files professionally, including preparing and maintaining contracts and official documents, ensuring they are complete and regularly updated. • Register new employees with social insurance and handle government HR systems such as (Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Absher Business). • Organize and track attendance and departure, as well as manage leave requests and calculate leave balances using electronic systems. • Continuously update employee data, including changes to bank information, departments, job titles, or internal transfers. • Prepare HR schedules and organizational calendars to ensure smooth workflow. • Draft official letters such as introduction letters, warnings, internal memos, and handle all administrative forms related to employees. • Supervise performance evaluation processes and follow up on training and professional development programs in coordination with relevant departments. • Manage end-of-service procedures, including issuing clearance certificates, final settlements, notifying social insurance, and preparing final employee files. • Prepare and analyze HR reports using software like Excel to track employee numbers, status, dates, salaries, and related statistics. • Maintain an updated and comprehensive employee database to ensure easy access to information and quick decision-making.
