Passionate about pushing the boundaries of mechanical design and structural analysis, I am a Mechanical Design Engineer working in UAVs and autonomous systems within the Defense & Aerospace Industry. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mutah University, where I graduated with distinction as the top-ranked student in my cohort. I have been deeply involved in R&D, CAD modeling, and FEA simulation to develop cutting-edge technologies in the UAV sector. Currently, I am part of the R&D team at MARS ROBOTICS, where I focus on UAV structural design, simulation, and optimization. My expertise spans SolidWorks, CATIA V5, and ANSYS Mechanical, enabling me to transform innovative ideas into high-performance engineering solutions. My core area of expertise revolves around the exploration and enhancement of Aluminium Alloys tailored for industrial purposes. Within my research focus, I delve into the intricate relationship between thermal treatment and the mechanical and chemical characteristics of metal alloys. The overarching goal is to craft alloys boasting outstanding properties while keeping energy consumption to a minimum. My contributions extend to ongoing research efforts aimed at optimizing Aluminium Alloys properties. This involves a systematic exploration of various conditions and thermal heat treatments. Through a sequence of carefully designed experiments, encompassing Hardness, Tensile, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), I actively contribute to a research paper that delves into the nuanced art of refining Aluminium Alloys for superior performance in industrial applications. My role, tasks & responsibilities: • Quality Control and Assurance: - Participating in data quality assurance processes. - Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data through careful review and validation. • Data Collection and Recording: - Collecting experimental data through various testing methods such as hardness testing, DSC testing, and tensile testing. - Ensuring accurate and detailed recording of data during experimentation. - Conducting data quality testing to ensure the reliability and precision of collected data. • Data Analysis and Interpretation: - Performing data analysis using appropriate statistical methods and software. - Interpreting experimental results and drawing meaningful conclusions. - Discussing data trends and anomalies with the research team. • Report and Presentation Preparation: - Preparing reports summarizing experimental procedures, results, and conclusions. - Assisting in the creation of presentations for or internal meetings.
