With over 32 years of diversified management experience in various domains, I am a business-technology-strategy evangelist who strives to create value for customers, stakeholders, and society. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration on Digital Technologies Management (DTM) from Royal Roads University, Canada, where I received the Chancellor's Award for academic excellence. I also hold global certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Benchmark Six Sigma, India. These credentials enable me to apply best practices and methodologies in planning and executing complex and large-scale projects and programs. I have also published articles on topics such as development projects, digital transformation, and return on investment in information technology.
