- Manage all external hiring for critical sectors: CFO Finance, CEO Office & PMOs, Legal & Corporate Affairs. - Lead recruitment for Mobily Pay (fintech), aligning with annual manpower plans and MPP strategy. - Supervise and develop a team of recruiters; serve as the main point of contact for hiring requests across departments. - Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection in collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders. - Implement data-driven recruitment practices by tracking KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize hiring efficiency. - Provide weekly hiring updates and reports directly to C-level executives. - Enhance candidate experience through structured interview processes and timely follow-ups. - Contribute to employee retention initiatives and oversee contract and offer preparation. - Support workforce planning and annual manpower planning (MPP) efforts. - Played a key role in ERP system transformation, improving recruitment process flow and data accuracy.
- Supervising Function Unit team to achieve all external hiring. - Handling all reports and trackers for all hiring Function Unit. - Discussing the manpower plan & issues for whole team with HRBPs. - Sourcing and hiring Executive level positions. - Represent stc group by organizing & participating career fairs locally and globally. - Participate in developing the hiring policy and procedures. - Member of the enhancement and development team for “Hayyak” In-house made recruitment system.
- Full recruitment process for external hiring (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and offering) - Handling Mega & Mass Recruitment Projects (PDP, TIP, Cooperative Training Program, Summer Training Program). - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements. - Represent stc group in many voluntary human resources initiatives. - Contribute with onboarding team by drafting contracts and finalize the pre-and-post joining procedures, also by organizing and participating in the induction process.
- Sourcing, screening, offering fresh graduates, summer trainees, cooperative trainees for all stc QH sectors. - Rotation in the most effective human resources (People) departments "Organization development, Workforce planning, Performance management, Talent development, Onboarding, and Human Resources business partners."
