A power sector executive with 25+ years of hands-on leadership across the full energy value chain — from feasibility and EPC delivery to large-scale operations, asset management, and strategic investment. My career has taken me across Turkey, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia, where I have led some of the most complex and high-stakes energy projects in emerging markets. Today, as General Manager, I oversee an operational portfolio of 650 MW spanning Solar, Wind, and Hydroelectric technologies — managing the full lifecycle from performance optimization to investment strategy. What defines my career is not just scale, but diversity of challenge: I have led the construction and commissioning of a 330 MW thermal power plant in Ghana, managed 225 MWe and 102 MWe diesel power facilities across West Africa, directed maintenance and operations of a 1,200 MWe CCGT plant in Turkey — one of the country's largest — and delivered a 150 MWe fast-track gas power plant in Turkmenistan as EPC turnkey. I have worked alongside USAID and World Bank-financed projects, negotiated with ministries across 10+ countries, and built O&M organizations from zero in frontier markets. My edge is the rare combination of deep technical mastery and executive-level strategic thinking.
