Composite Technologies Center Of Excellence ; My task at Laboratory is to test its samples and to report its results to management test samples of semi-finished, resin, plastic, polymer ,steel,metals and composite materials used in the defense, aerospace, automotive sectors, the samples sending us by our customers at our facility by creating methods according to the desired standards (ISO,ASTM D,TSE,EN... standarts )by configuring all our devices and transducers with Advanced Video extensometer, Clip-on extensometers, Bi-axial extensometers, strain gauge box, chambers (according to Static" tension-compression-bending-flexuring-peel.../Fatique- tension-torsion,tension-tension, compression-tension ..../Impact/Charpy test types...) that brand is INSTRON&CEAST that we have in our lab.
It is to support the customers with installation,maintenance,calibration, troubleshooting,trainning of INSTRON Material Test Machines for Uçkan Test and Measurement Systems who is a company official Azerbaijan and Turkey Distributor of all INSTRON Products.. It is to give training the customer about the using machine and software after installation of the machines and troubleshooting that was happened any problem on the machines as aftersales service. If it needs when it was on-site, it is to solve trouble on the machine together by taking with the supporting from TechSupports at UK or USA and It is to demand spare parts from UK or USA.
It is to support our customers and field technican for supplying after sales services both via phone or at place of the customers by contacting our head companies in Europe where and to be able to make basic maintenance of our machines and comissioning,start up and training of the machines at the site of customer in FATİHAN MACHİNE that is a company who operates as an agent company for several machine producers established in Europe like that brands are NUMALLIANCE wire bending cnc machines and IDEAL Welding Machines for metal working industry for automotive, white goods,etc...

It is to provide all the controls on production site according to quality standards of machines that need to checking on the produced conventional and invertör welding machines at Gedik Welding Company. it is to make necessary reports with the defected machines which was produced. it is to inform the production, R&D departman and Technical Service part about issue as well . It is to find the way solving in general and to develop. Also it is to give training when it is need workers at the production.
It is to support the customers at turkey and middle east regions with the installation,the maintenance of OTC DAIHEN welding robots that made in JAPAN. It is to give training the customers about the using machine and software after installation of the machines and troubleshooting that was happened any problem on the machines as after-sales service. when it needed while it was on-site,it is the solving of trouble on the robot system with the supporting of Austria Head Office at Europe.
it is to prepare the price offers to the customers and by filling the reports related troubleshooting of the welding machines. It is to answer the complaints from the customers by on phone and mails , it is to provide solving the issues fastly. Also it is to response all the requests coming from them. It is to lead our head technical office that I was responsible and to support local technic service and agencies at TURKEY region. when it needed this is to send Technical service staff on site to solve the issue of the client's machine and to set a visiting plan them. It is to provide training about installation, troubleshooting ,demo applying about the welding machines to Technical personnels at Head Office. when it needs it is to repair the broken welding machines by helping techincal personnels on site or head Office.
