I am a Senior Associate in the PPP&EPC-F Department of the Directorate General of Foreign Economic Relations at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of Türkiye, specialising in external financing for public projects. My expertise includes EPC-F methods for infrastructure projects, focusing on financial cost calculations and ECA financing negotiations for major high-speed railway lines. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Gazi University and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics at the Social Sciences University of Ankara. My most recent research, approved in November 2023, is titled “The Role of Export Credit Agencies in the Financing of Public Infrastructure Projects and Its Evaluation within the Framework of Green Finance".
