Key duties and responsibilities: • Overse customer requests, ensuring timely resolution and urgent handling. • Address escalated issues from NOC Leadership, customers, vendors, and within NOC promptly. • Monitor and promptly handle service-impacting events detected by monitoring systems. • Manage trouble ticket assignment, acceptance, and resolution procedures. • Escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 NOC and ENG employees, providing necessary support. • Monitor phone queues, ensuring prompt assistance and managing extended hold times. • Supervise ticket queues, ensuring appropriate statuses and providing assistance when necessary. • Complete all tasks accurately and within specified timelines. • Proficient in using RANA Technologies tools relevant to the position. • Supervise the core network daily, and perform minor maintenance on core network infrastructure. • Proactively supervise key customers and report incidents promptly. • Demonstrate excellent self-management, logical thinking under pressure, and empathetic customer communication. • Possess strong report writing skills and expertise in improving Technical Support processes. • Efficiently manage tasks within deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
