Assisted in the development and evaluation of a cloud-powered smart glasses system integrating five deep learning models to enhance navigation and situational awareness for visually impaired users. Optimized and quantized models for efficient deployment on edge devices, specifically the Sony Spresense chip. Contributed to a comparative study on the Forward-Forward algorithm for crack detection on edge devices, focusing on optimizing memory efficiency and inference performance.
Assisting in teaching fundamental concepts to students of various majors and academic standings. Assisting in labs of various courses like Programming 1, Programming 2, Data Structures and Algorithms, and Introduction to Computer Systems.
