• Worked in DevSecOps and Platform engineering team as an L4/L5 engineer working on reliability engineering modernizing legacy services into containerized, service-mesh enabled microservices; reduced operational burden by 30% and improved deployment frequency. • Partnered with other squads to implement production readiness, error budgets, SLIs/SLOs, and autoscaling strategies; drove incident response and postmortems for Tier-0 services with 99.999% availability targets across major tenants. • Worked with data engineering team developing backend integrations using flask API, high throughput ETL pipelines using Airflow and Prefect and implemented realtime migrations of terabytes of transactional data into the data warehouse; also contributed to architectural decisions for the data tier, including long term planning and strategy. • Contributed across the squad, and adjacent squads to work on unsolved, loosely defined, highly technical problems and drive projects to completion. • Implemented multiple observability frameworks across squads including Datadog, ELK and Grafana stack; reduced MTTR by 40% through improved metrics, logs, and trace correlation.
