Managed all aspects of the company including budgeting, product development, marketing initiatives, and technical sales strategies. Development of projects with building Operation Rooms in hospitals planning and control of work packages in terms of content, deadlines, quality, costs and execution. Collaborate successfully with external development partners and suppliers on business plans and sales forecasts. Good Knowledge in different hospital departments specially OR's, ICU, CCU and NICU from the construction till operation. Developing new products and adopting them to market's needs.
Support in testing and further development of medical products. Support in project management of further organisational and administrative tasks. Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of products. Communication with national and international partners, including production and research partners, on the development and registration of the products. Support in the finance team, preparation of quarterly reports in German and English and shareholder support.
