For Invesis, I actively engage in business development, searching for new opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. Alongside this, I am leading the management of large-scale DBFM tenders, widely recognized as the pinnacle of construction projects. My role primarily involves orchestrating DBFM tenders from the perspective of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), collaborating closely with various partners, and maintaining direct communication with our clients. In this role I am entrusted with the comprehensive coordination of tenders through different phases, serving, amongst other, as the SPV Tender Director. The responsibilities extend to coordinating and negotiating crucial aspects such as legal, financial, insurance, technical, maintenance, operations, and, importantly, managing the human dynamics within diverse teams. I am committed to ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders, including the internal board and shareholders, ensuring the utmost efficiency and effectiveness in achieving our strategic objectives.
