I own the last mile before Microsoft’s products ship — where engineering meets the real world. 19 years in enterprise tech, the last 10 at Microsoft as a Senior Beta Engineer / TPM, owning pre-launch readiness across 60+ product lines — including Windows Server 2025, Windows 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio. In 2023, I joined the team that won 1st place at Microsoft’s Global Hackathon, AI Innovation Track, building an AI agent that automated a readiness workflow our team had run manually for years. NITC is responsible for supporting the Jordanian government in providing better services to Jordanian citizens through the provision of relevant and effective electronic services. I’m working as Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer within Microsoft Joint-Venture in the National Information Technology Center (NITC), where I am doing the following tasks: Oversees and Managed 160 sites of Jordanian Ministries environments, that contains: -Active Directory Service (users, groups, computers,GP) -DNS/DHCP services. -Exchange Servers -Lync/OCS servers -TMG/ISA servers -System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) servers -SharePoint and Project Servers -Microsoft WSUS 3.0 - Diagnose and answer highly complex issues/questions related to all Microsoft Infrastructure systems from the NITC center and other Government Ministries. - Doing a lot of tasks in computers, and servers maintenance, this contains the software and hardware solving problem. - Test and Implement new capabilities and functionality offered by windows server, like: AD LDS, AD CS,AD FS, AD RMS, Clustering, NLB … etc - Created proactive procedures for problem preventions and resolutions, interfaced with employees and government Ministries, analyzed issues, and designed solutions. - Designed, developed, and modified reporting processes in accordance with Jordanian government specifications. - Handled the tasks of training employees/trainee in the use of Microsoft Products.

Provide 24 hour on-call support and perform after hour's emergency maintenance. -Patch and Security Management: Apply patch and security changes per policy. Proactively monitor the environment for patch compliance. Analyze patches for compatibility with each customer or internal infrastructure environment. -Supporting Tasks: Provide technical knowledge needed to new and current projects.Create technical environment documentation. Researches, tests new technologies and makes recommendations to the project Manager/Director. Help in training staff on system administration concepts and tasks.
