I graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class degree in Accounting and Finance, my university experience included a Business Placement at British Airways as a Customer Communications Executive. I then re-joined British Airways on the Future Leaders Graduate Programme completing placements in the operation as both a Customer Experience Representative and as Cabin Crew. I then went on to complete a year in Commercial as a Global Account Executive in Corporate Sales and in Customer as a Lounge Executive.
