*Manage all aspects of project coorindation for $25 million projects in Kansas City and St. Louis in support of organizational operations *Manage Kansas City minority/women based workforce utilization program for all projects *Implemented purchasing and acquisition polices and procedures significantly improving billing and payment cycle resulting in elimination of 300+ delinquent accounts *Identify/source/manage new suppliers, vendors and shipping providers to include international sources *Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors *Initiate, negotiate and administer purchasing agreements and contracts with suppliers in support of business requirements *Troubleshoot cost, quality, and delivery concerns for project initiatives *Oversee all payables to include accurate project phase coding, job-site coding, reporting, and on time payment *Manage construction crew labor billing reporting ensuring accuracy of hours and coding to job-sites for submission to payroll *Manage security system purchase, operation, and audit for all job-sites *Provide administrative support to head of construction, head of project management, and all levels of project management team
• Coordination of all phases of projects ensuring they are completed on-time, at or under projected budget, and meet high quality standards • Principal team member working directly with the Project Manager from beginning to end of the project, taking ownership, and driving to resolution with customer & company’s best interests in mind • Essential resource providing critical client interface driving timely communication on all concerns/questions/issues, ensuring that clients’ needs are met while maintaining relationships and continuing to deliver excellence in service • Change order management including validating, collaborating and ensuring accuracy resulting in satisfied clients and increased profit margins for each project • Liaison to suppliers, sales, operations, quotations and finance teams, ensuring details are closely monitored and completed, providing exceptional service to the customer (internal and external) providing a competitive advantage • Participate in cross functional efforts for continuous process improvement by analyzing operating practices, creating new systems or updating established procedures
• Responsible for planning and managing inventory levels at suppliers and distributors for promotions, limited time offers, brand programs and menu conversations. • Develop test demand plans based on sales forecasts provided by the Brand. This includes developing the inventory strategies that determine how much product is produced prior to the launch of any event and determining any subsequent need for additional production runs at the manufacturers. • Effectively manage inventory levels during promotions, limited time offers, brand programs and/or menu conversions to avoid out-of-stock situations and unplanned inventory obsolesce after any event. Communicate / report to management current event status and steps to mitigate potential issues. • Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams from the Co-op and the Brands to develop and implement inventory depletion strategies as necessary. • Serve as a data management "power-user".
• Provide administrative and analytical support on projects, coordinate information flow and reporting, create and maintain documentation, maintain and update databases, track project activities and progress, liaise with project staff and internal/external stakeholders surrounding construction and remodel projects, and signage installation projects. • Project support including development, life cycle, and emergency projects related to Facilities, Food & Beverage, and Marketing. • Invoice processing and coding, Purchase Order creation, management, and reporting coordinating with resources, vendors, and theater management.
