Pexmas is a curated Christmas market featuring local makers and food traders in Peckham, London with over 8,000 visitors across the weekend. My role included: · Managing end-to-end trader application process, from reviewing submissions to confirming bookings. · Uploading and maintaining trader listings and event information on the Pexmas website. · Acting as key point of contact for traders, providing clear communication and support in the lead-up to the event. · Planning stall layouts, ensuring optimal visitor flow and efficient use of venue space. · Supporting the development and execution of detailed event logistics plans for setup, operations, and breakdown. · Collaborating with the core team and venue staff to deliver a safe, well-organised, and enjoyable event experience for both traders and visitors. · On-site event management, troubleshooting, and coordination of staff and volunteers
