Throughout my time at M&S, I worked across multiple departments (Clothing and Home, Food, Hospitality and Visual Merchandising). Whilst working as a Customer Assistant, I also took on the role of being Social Media Store Champion, boosting the store's local social media presence and engagement. By posting creative TikTok and Facebook posts which connected with the local audience, I successfully developed a local store brand across all departments.
