About

For my first job, I worked in a McDonald's in Liscard, Wirral from March 2020 to November 2020. This job included preparing orders for both delivery and in-store customers, but also using the till and making drinks such as Coca-Cola and Fanta for orders. This job was shift work, so I worked both during the day and during the night. From November 2020 to March 2022, I worked in McDonald's in Prenton, Wirral working for the same franchiser. Shift work was also part of this job so I worked both day and night; some shifts may have been from 10pm-7am. From November 2020 to October 2021, I worked in the same position, but with an added role of using the headset to take orders, giving customers the correct order at the drive-thru window and working in the kitchen preparing orders. From October of 2021 to March 2022, I worked in the same store as a Customer Care Assistant, which included cleaning the floors, tables and chairs, but also checking the toilets were up to high hygienic standards and making sure that bins were emptied both inside and outside the restaurant. From May 2022 to July 2022, I studied an online funded Level 2 Business Adminstration qualification to start learning about what is required to work in an office-based business environment. This was provided to me by the Learning Curve Group, with a certificate being issued for this. From September 2022 to October 2023, I worked as an Apprentice Supply Chain Co-Ordinator for Uren Food Group, and I have been studying Level 3 Business Administration alongside this with the Apprentice College. For this, I achieved an overall Pass grade. From November 2023, I have stepped into the role of Supply Chain Administrator within Uren Food Group . Within this role, I have been continuing the tasks from my Apprenticeship, but I am also actively seeking to learn new tasks and how they fit into the business. For example, I have been learning about the importance of keeping multiple spreadsheets up to date and checking invoices contain the correct pricing for different charges. I have been growing my confidence in these tasks, and I am working towards being able to cover these for my team leader
