About

I am a graduate from the Hospitality Management Program at the University of South Carolina with a minor in Event Planning. With seven years of experience within the service industry, I have proven a track record of success. I ensure all tangible items are handled with care, as evidence by a history of no accidents. I work well in a fast-paced environment. I am an individual who is self-motivated and has excellent skills in guest relations as well as upselling products and services. I stay focussed on my assigned tasks, prioritize the customer's needs, and make sure to do so in a timely fashion so nothing falls behind schedule. I am responsible, organized, and a friendly face to the hospitality industry. I am dedicated in ensuring customer satisfaction, along with assisting my coworkers to ensure everything runs smoothly. I do my absolute best to give my all into the company I am working for as I am aware it is a reflection of the business. With my previous experience, I hope to pursue a future career in event planning as I strongly believe in attention to detail in order to execute a vision coming to life.
