I'm a tech founder and corporate leader with 10+ years of experience building, scaling, and advising high-growth startup communities at the intersection of technology, innovation and inclusion. I'm currently Ecosystem Lead at Geovation, an Ordnance Survey initiative, where I'm helping to shape and grow the UK's best location data startups: bringing together founders, corporates, government and investors to accelerate sustainable, real-world impact. Previously, I held global leadership roles across big tech companies and startups including Brandwatch, Product Hunt, Amazon, Groupon and HotelTonight. I'm also the founder of the careers skills platform Hustle Crew. Geovation is an Ordnance Survey initiative. Our award-winning Accelerator Programme with HM Land Registry has helped to launch over 150 geospatial and property startups, who have collectively raised a total of £150m in funding to date and created 2,500 jobs for the UK economy. • Led the transformation of a tech meetup into an education platform and consultancy, working with leadership teams at top companies like Meta, Airbnb and Notion. • Collaborated with teams at All Plants, Bloom & Wild, and Sky Comcast to provide tailored solutions for learning & development. • Launched Playschool Accelerator to support 20+ impact-driven founders. • Launched Techish podcast which was reached the number one spot in UK, US and several countries in Africa.
I wrote my first full length play "The First Woke War" as a new way to engage teams on uncomfortable topics like identity and power in the workplace.
