• Selected by my university alongside 3 others within the department of music to work as an Ambassador to represent the School of Music. • Gained valuable teaching skills, by acting as a mentor to GCSE and A-Level music composition students. This included encouraging students to adopt a good work ethic, helping them to think creatively and formulate new ideas, and teaching them to use computer software to document and their ideas appropriately. • Enhanced my communication skills further through marketing the university to prospective students via open discussions about the university and student life, whilst also patiently dealing with queries, especially those regarding COVID-19, in a sensitive and informative manner. • Speedily adapted to a new way of communicating and navigating new software when university open days were moved to a virtual setting, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout.
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure daily tasks are prioritised and completed on time and to the required standard. • Going above and beyond my role to support the local community during the COVID-19 pandemic by delivering on foot parcels after my shift to the elderly and vulnerable.
